Summer of '18

The young men of 698 had a busy summer!  It started with our Court of Honor in June and finished with some of our older scouts going on a high adventure trip in Colorado.  In between, we had 6 scouts go to Camp Olmsted in Goshen and others going on an ATV trip through the wilderness for several days.  With all those great activities behind us, we are setting our sights on getting the new scout year going.

We have a full calendar planned out which will continue to teach what it means to be a scout.  Skiing, camping, hiking, and working in the community are just a few things that will be coming this year.  So hold on!

Interested in visiting our troop?

Hello and welcome to our page.  We would love to have you come visit us.  First, a little about our troop.  Currently, we are meeting at Terra Centre Elementary School while our home base, White Oaks Elementary, finishes up a 2.5-year renovation.  We should be back there in the new year.  We are a smaller troop of around 30 outstanding young men who have developed a close bond through scouts. Whether helping each other with advancement or just hanging out having a good time, our boys are there for each other.   Please feel free to drop in and say hi and to see what we are all about.  You can schedule a visit by using the contact link at the top of the page or heading on over to the contact page.  Our Senior Patrol Leader will be in touch with you to schedule the date and time.
