Fill out the attached Cub Scout "Youth" application and the Medical Form.  Return to your Den Leader or Cubmaster.

Parents who wish to become an Adult Volunteer need to fill out the Adult application and return it to the Cubmaster.  
All Leaders are required to complete BSA Youth Protection Training (On-Line).

Pack 37 program year consist of Pack dues + BSA dues to join, please contact us regarding the cost.  Additional expenses include book and scout uniform appropriate for your child's rank. Other costs may include Pack 37 T-shirt, fees for camping, and admission to places like museums. District and Pack 37 activities do have additional cost associated with some events as well.
